Cannabis's Schedule I status has no accepted medical use, the scheduling criterion is met
Refuted recorded as “Falsified” The Emperor Wears No Clothes
WHO ECDD (2019) recommended cannabis reclassification, finding no scientific justification for Schedule I. FDA has approved prescription cannabidiol (CBD), dronabinol, nabilone (cannabinoid pharmaceuticals). DOJ proposed rescheduling to Schedule III (May 2024). 38 states have medical cannabis programs. The 'no accepted medical use' criterion is contradicted by FDA's own approval record.
