Shamans access molecular-level information (specifically DNA) through ayahuasca visions
Unresolved The Cosmic Serpent
The biophoton hypothesis is untested in relation to shamanic vision. Plant intelligence (Simard, Gagliano) and the combinatorial problem are real. The specific DNA-serpent-biophoton mechanism has not been tested experimentally. Narby's epistemological challenge, that 'we don't know how' ≠ 'it didn't happen', is correct. The hypothesis generates testable predictions that have not been tested.
Narby (1998); Simard (2021); Gagliano et al. (2014)
